Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of taskerdue.com and app.taskerdue.com (the "Service"), operated by Howard Strategic Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("TaskerDue," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TaskerDue helps you track recurring household tasks and sends reminders by email and, if you opt in, by text message. Reminders are provided as a convenience. Delivery depends on third parties such as email providers and mobile carriers, so we cannot guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time. You remain responsible for completing your tasks, including any safety-related maintenance. The Service does not provide professional, safety, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service costs $9 per month or $89 per year. Payment is charged in advance through Stripe and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We may change our prices with advance notice, and the new price applies at your next renewal. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email hello@taskerdue.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment.

6. Text Messages

Program: TaskerDue Task Reminders. If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated text message reminders from TaskerDue at that number. These messages remind you about household tasks coming due, based on the due dates you set in your account. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your tasks and due dates. Message and data rates may apply.

For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@taskerdue.com. To opt out at any time, reply STOP. You can also turn off text reminders in your account settings. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Your Content

You keep ownership of the task information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to provide the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data, to interfere with its operation, or to resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskerDue and Howard Strategic Holdings LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not limit any consumer protection rights you have under the law of the place where you live.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
